As a Training Content Creator, you will play a key role in developing clear, structured, and engaging training materials to support new employees as they onboard into the company. Responsibilities:
- Research and compile essential company processes, policies, and best practices into structured training materials.
- Develop easy-to-follow training guides, manuals, FAQs, and onboarding documents for new hires.
- Create visually appealing presentations and handouts to enhance learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with different teams to understand training needs and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Organize training content into a knowledge base or internal resource hub for employee reference.
- Edit and update training documents as company procedures evolve.

- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner.
